Safety Through Solidarity Events Today and Tomorrow

We are heading back on tour for the second leg, and we will be starting in the Pacific Northwest. We are doing two dates, one today in Seattle tomorrow (August 6th) and then another tomorrow (August 7th) in Portland:

• Seattle: Join us on August 6th at the Pipsqueak Space (173 16th Ave, Seattle, WA 98122) at 6pm at an event hosted by Left Bank Books and sponsored by Kadima. Ben and Shane will be joined in discussion by Dan Berger, Diana Falchuk and Dalya Perez.
• Portland: On August 7th, we will be at Powell’s City of Books (1005 W Burnside St, Portland, OR 97209) at 7pm, where Ben and Shane will be in discussion with Eric Ward facilitated by CJ Alicandro. This event is co-sponsored by Portland DSA, Congregation Shir Tikvan, JVP Portland, PopMob and the Institute for Anarchist Studies. 

We also have a digital event on August 20th hosted by the Forward on how the left can fight antisemitism. We will also be on the East Coast at the beginning of September, starting with a September 5th event in Baltimore at Red Emma’s Bookstore and Cafe where we will be in conversation with Rabbi Ariana Katz. We will announce the rest of the dates shortly!

We also wanted to share the video of our recent digital event with Jewish Currents, which was a fantastic conversation with Mari Cohen. We also had a wonderful discussion with Cindy Milstein hosted by the Firestorm Co-op, where we got into questions of Jewish anarchism, anti-Zionism, religious life, and more.
